Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Module Lead Salesforce to join our team at Yash Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and leadership, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce modules.
Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Lightning Web Components and Apex.
Experience with module lead responsibilities, such as design, development, and deployment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
