Job Description

Manage and implement advanced configuration changes, including custom modules, fields, layouts, and validation rules. Design, build, and maintain complex automation using Workflow Rules, Blueprints, Approval Processes, and Schedules.Develop and debug custom scripts using Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) to create custom functions, automate business logic, and extend CRM functionality.Troubleshoot and manage API integrations between Zoho CRM and other third-party systems.Perform advanced data management tasks, including data cleansing, transformation, and complex data migration using Zoho s data import tools. Create and customize advanced analytics, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the client.Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations for improved efficiency and scalability.Consult with the client to understand new business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
