Required Skills / Experience
1. At least 7 years of hands on experience with 2 end to end Implementations.
2. Experienced in RE FX with the ability to perform RE FX solution implementation with the new IRFS16 lease capability.
3. Able to identify, design, and configure SAP Real Estate management.
4. Capable of leading client workshops.
5. Ability to follow SAP methodology, including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, and developing and executing rigorous data and process testing plans.
6. Proven success in implementing SAP functionality in a team environment and the ability to work self sufficiently.
7. Knowledge of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition, Adjustment, Sale Based Rent, and Legal Compliance.
8. Experience with integration with SAP PM, SAP FICO, SAP HCM, and SAP PS.
9. Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate Management and Reservations.
