What are we looking for Working experience with full stack development (Node (20) Java Spring / Spring Boot Python (3) Angular (16 +) React Hands on experience with AWS - CloudFormation S3 Lambda ECS EKS Glue ETL API Gateway IAM SQS SNS Athena DMS DataSync Experience using SQL and no-SQL Databases Experience with test automation and test-driven development practices and frameworks mutation testing functional testing (UI visual regression UI Path Cypress Jasmine Karma Cucumber) mock frameworks (Mockito etc.) contract testing Experience with designing & building REST API's; Familiarity with DevOps concepts tools and continuous delivery pipelines Bamboo GiutHub Jenkins Maven Bitbucket Jira etc; Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles resiliency design patterns and relevant tooling/chaos engineering to mature teams DevSecOps mindset and practices. Any experience with inner sourcing and reuse principles/culture patterns and frameworks is highly desired Strong communication skills and ability to translate technology language into business terms for a non-technical audience in an Agile environment. Self-Starter with a Growth mindset comfortable with pushing through ambiguity whilst demonstrating learning agility. Capability to question the status quo challenge yourself and others on the value that will be delivered. Specialisations that will make an impact: Experience working in financial services industry in particular knowledge of funds management. Experience around web technologies Data engineering/Design experience (3+ years experience) Hands on technical expertise in Python Ability to define and develop data integration patterns and pipelines Experience with Foundry Palantir or similar Fraud & Financial Crimes platforms is highly desired.
