Management of extensions and themes. Caching and indexing to ensure site performance.
Product and Catalog: Creation and management of product types (simple, configurable, bundled, etc.).
Organization of product categories and attributes. Experience with bulk product imports and exports.
Setup of pricing, promotions, and sales rules.
Full-cycle order processing (from payment to shipping).
Handling of refunds, returns, and credit memos.
Management of customer accounts, data, and permissions.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and problem-solving for common platform issues.
Knowledge of the Magento Command Line Interface (CLI).
Understanding of Magento's architecture (modules, themes, database).
