Model Validation

As a Model Validation Analyst, you will be responsible for validating models within the banking or credit card industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing independent validation of models, including stress testing, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis using XGBoost to ensure accuracy, reliability, and stability. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks. - Utilizing statistical testing, hypothesis testing, and data validation techniques. - Showcasing proficiency in Python, SQL, data analysis, and model implementation. - Effectively communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal forms. - Having good to have regulatory understanding such as Basel, OCC, Federal Reserve. To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 2+ years of experience in model validation, implementation, or risk analytics, preferably within the banking or credit card industry. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.,
