Model Validation

You should have at least 2 years of experience in model validation, implementation, or risk analytics, preferably within the banking or credit card industry. Your responsibilities will include performing independent validation of models using techniques such as stress testing, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis, XGBoost to evaluate the accuracy, reliability, and stability of models. A strong understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts is required, including regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks. You should also have experience with statistical testing, hypothesis testing, and data validation techniques. Proficiency in Python, SQL, data analysis, and model implementation is essential for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. It would be advantageous to have regulatory understanding, such as Basel, OCC, and Federal Reserve guidelines. Ideally, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred for this position.,
