Model Validation 2nd LOD Sr. Analyst

Role Overview: You will be part of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Review and Challenge Group in Citis Model Risk Management organization. Your main responsibility will involve independently reviewing and effectively challenging Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) non-model objects throughout their lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, templates, and testing guidance to mitigate risks associated with AI/ML non-model objects. Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders such as AI/ML Sponsors / Developers, MRM Governance, AI-CoE, Internal Audit, and regulators on AI/ML related matters. Your contribution will support the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of top-notch Risk programs, policies, and practices for Risk Management. You will also participate in strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the model risk management organization. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independent review and effective challenge across the lifecycle of AI/ML non-model objects - Ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, templates, and testing guidance for managing risks related to AI/ML non-model objects - Engage with key stakeholders to address AI/ML related matters - Support in meeting the requirements for internal/external regulatory exams - Develop, enhance, and validate risk measurement and analysis methods for all risk types - Contribute to the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Risk programs, policies, and practices - Participate in strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the model risk management organization Qualifications: - Advanced degree (Masters and above) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, etc. is required - Minimum 6 years of analytics experience in financial services or related industries with at least 2 years in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) - In-depth technical knowledge of common AI/ML techniques, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed judgments - Demonstrated project management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Effective stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently with attention to detail **Note:** The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.,
