As the Model Attestation and Identification Lead, you play a crucial role in overseeing the Model Risk Management Framework within the organization. Your strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential in guiding and influencing stakeholders across various levels. Your work significantly impacts the area and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the sub-function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide firm-wide stakeholders through the Model Attestation process to ensure compliance with MRM Policy and procedures. - Monitor and track the model identification process, working closely with submitters and MRM Validators. - Coordinate with stakeholders within MRM to address inquiries and monitor unvalidated models for compliance with MRM Policy. - Propose and coordinate process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications:** - 10 years of experience in a relevant field. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. - Effective project management and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and influence stakeholders at different levels. **Preferred Prior Experience:** - Risk Management - Project Management - Process Execution - Governance - Controls **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree This role falls under the Controls Governance & Oversight job family group and the Assessment & Design job family.
