Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, and integration tools such as SnapLogic. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting integration processes that drive business Responsibilities :

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating systems.
Support, maintain, and optimize integrations using the SnapLogic platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve web services issues involving REST and SOAP APIs.
Assist in the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to quickly resolve incidents and service requests.
Document support processes, solutions, and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
Monitor systems proactively to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with the SnapLogic integration platform preferred.
Proficient with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
