Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.The ideal candidate must be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of REST APIs, deployment, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

Strong Proficiency In

  • MongoDB (Database Design, Aggregation, Indexing).
  • Express.js.
  • React.js (Hooks, Redux, Component Lifecycle).
  • Node.js (Asynchronous programming, Middleware, NPM).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
