Job Description

As the Mobility Tax Compliance and Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Global Mobility in managing global mobility programs, policies, and processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing day-to-day activities related to relocation, global mobility compliance administration, and the immigration program. - Managing internal stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon terms and KPIs/SLAs. - Handling internal third-party risk management and control functions. - Managing all aspects of Global Mobility compliance, both externally and internally. - Acting as a point of contact for regional HR professionals, business managers, and employees on mobility issues and procedures. - Providing support on ad hoc international projects to enhance the mobility program. - Contributing to the ongoing development of the Global Mobility service delivery model. - Assisting with the management of the business traveler program and coordination of international cross-border working arrangements. - Supporting projects related to domestic relocation and domestic hybrid work arrangements as needed. - Overseeing and managing a small team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 14-16 years of progressive experience in managing Global Mobility programs, mobility operations, tax compliance, relocation, and immigration. - Masters and/or bachelors degrees in business, finance, or equivalent. - Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills at all organizational levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally structured, and team-based environment, as well as independently. - Knowledge of tax equalization concepts, cross-border equity reporting, and withholding. - Strong strategic mindset to identify improvement opportunities, communicate recommendations to management, and oversee staff development.
