Role Overview: You will be taking on a full-time on-site role as a Mobiliser based in New Delhi. Your main responsibility will be to engage with local communities, identify potential students, and encourage their participation in the training programs offered by Yuva Parivartan. Your daily tasks will include conducting field visits, interacting with community leaders, organizing informational sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance to students as they progress through their training. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with trainers and local livelihood providers to ensure the successful delivery of programs and positive employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to local communities and identify potential students for the training programs - Engage with community leaders to promote participation in Yuva Parivartan's initiatives - Conduct field visits and organize informational sessions for prospective students - Provide support and guidance to students throughout their training journey - Collaborate with trainers and local livelihood providers to facilitate program delivery and employment opportunities Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with community members and leaders - Previous experience in community outreach, mobilization, and fieldwork - Ability to organize and conduct informational sessions and meetings - Good organizational and coordination skills to work effectively with trainers and livelihood providers - Passion for social work and a dedication to empowering marginalized communities - Knowledge of local languages and dialects would be an advantage - Proficiency in basic computer skills and digital literacy - Previous experience in the NGO sector or community development would be beneficial (Note: Salary offered is 15k + incentives for freshers) Role Overview: You will be taking on a full-time on-site role as a Mobiliser based in New Delhi.
