Mobile Technician

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Technician to join our team. The Mobile Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of smartphones and mobile devices. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets (e.g., screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs).
• Perform software updates, data backups/restorations, and troubleshoot operating system issues.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and turnaround times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with proper handling of tools and devices.
• Communicate effectively with customers about device issues, repair status, and maintenance tips.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and repair materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, models, and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mobile technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software (Android & iOS).
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and precision hand tools.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
