Job Summary:

Profile- Mobile Support Engineer

Experience 0.6 to 2 Years

Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days

Job Mode General Shift ((9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Requirement:

  1. You will be responsible for providing Mobile Services support via telephone & face to face support to internal company employees.
  2. You will use internal CRM application to log new cases & update progress on existing cases in a timely manner.
  3. You will follow and update procedures for the mobile policies on a day-to-day basis & during audits.
  4. Experience in a technical mobile support
  5. Excellent commination skills especially with international customers
  6. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
