L3 Analyst JD

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst proficient on Mobile apps development technologies and frameworks. This role is responsible for troubleshooting user-reported incidents resolving system issues performing proactive and preventive maintenance to resolve issues faster and maintain higher uptime. In addition the analyst will contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimizations of mobile platforms built using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) fulfilment of service requests as well.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development and support a problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate across development QA and operations teams.

Key responsibilities for L3 Analyst role :

Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather enhancement requirements.

Participate in design discussions and assess impact on current mobile architecture.

Develop test and implement minor changes and optimizations to existing mobile apps.

Mandatory skills : :

4 to 8 years of prior experience in mobile application support and development (L2 or L3 roles)

2 to 4 years of experience in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) development frameworks is required.

Experience in AWS services Relation data base skills is required.

Hands-on experience with mobile logging and analytics tools (Firebase Crashlytics)

Exposure to Integrations via API gateway REST APIs

Good understanding on IAM & Authentication. Experience on Gluu authentication product would be advantage
