Mobile Repair Technician

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Repair Technician with hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones with complete accuracy. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex hardware and software issues independently and delivering high-quality service with confidence. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones (Android & iOS) with expert-level precision. Handle repairs including: Screen replacements Battery, charging port, and speaker issues Motherboard/chip-level repairs Water damage treatment Software flashing & OS updates Ensure proper testing of all repaired devices before delivery. Maintain repair records and manage inventory of parts/tools. Provide reliable technical support and customer service when required. Stay updated on new mobile technologies, models, and repair techniques. Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory: Proven experience in mobile repairing (minimum 2–5+ years). Strong knowledge of chip-level and motherboard repairs. Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Expertise with soldering, microsoldering, and repairing tiny components. Familiarity with repair tools, equipment, and software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Preferred QualificationsTraining or certification in Mobile Repairing (optional but beneficial). Experience handling premium brands like iPhone, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, etc. Ability to manage high repair volumes with consistent quality.
