What You'll Do Write clean, maintainable code in Swift and Kotlin, navigating large and evolving codebases Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) supporting scalable mobile releases Integrate with GraphQL, RESTful, and RPPC APIs for seamless data flows Optimize mobile performance, ensure security, and follow modern UI/UX design principles Lead end-to-end development of greenfield mobile products and contribute to the architecture of complex, long-term projects Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors and service providers What We're Looking For Strong command of native mobile development (iOS & Android) Solid understanding of mobile architecture, security, and performance optimization Proven experience working in startup or fast-paced environments, shipping 0?1 products Hands-on experience managing multi-team projects for 12+ months as a technical lead Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments Key Responsibilities Strong coding skills in Swift and Kotlin for mobile development Building and managing CI/CD pipelines and IaaC supporting services Experience in web and mobile releases Consuming GraphQL, RESTful, and RPPC APIs for data retrieval and manipulation Understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles and frameworks, mobile security, and performance optimization techniques Operating in start-up settings and launching products and services Driving graduation to complex and scalable services and applications Leading large projects and defining roadmaps for projects spanning multiple teams and functions Integrating with 3rd party platforms and external service providers Requirements & Qualifications Strong coding skills in Swift and Kotlin Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaaC Knowledge of GraphQL, RESTful, and RPPC APIs Understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles, mobile security, and performance optimization Experience in start-up environments and product launches Leadership experience in large projects Integration experience with 3rd party platforms Preferred Skills Strong coding skills in Swift and Kotlin Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaaC Knowledge of GraphQL, RESTful, and RPPC APIs Understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles, mobile security, and performance optimization Experience in start-up environments and product launches Leadership experience in large projects Integration experience with 3rd party platforms
