Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Mobile Automation Testing

• Expertise in

  Android

  and

  iOS

  application testing
• Proficiency in

  Appium

  for mobile test automation
• Solid programming skills in

  Java

• Experience with

  Selenium

  automation frameworks
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining

  automation test scripts

• Strong understanding of

  automation frameworks

  , CI/CD, and test execution
• Ability to analyze test failures, perform RCA, and deliver resolutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  mobile automation

• Experience with

  Appium, Selenium, Java

  in complex mobile app testing environments
• Experience in

  test planning, scripting, debugging, and execution

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and automation best practices
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on both

  Native and Hybrid

  mobile app testing
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo)
• Knowledge of

  API testing

  (Postman, REST-Assured)
• Experience in performance testing for mobile apps
• Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  mobile automation test scripts

  for Android and iOS applications
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Appium and Java
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
• Execute test suites, analyze failures, and perform

  root cause analysis

• Work closely with developers, QA leads, and product teams to ensure quality delivery
• Conduct functional, regression, compatibility, and sanity testing
• Document test results, defects, and automation coverage
• Ensure test environments and devices are properly configured
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
• Continuously improve automation efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
