Manager Mobile Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mobile application development teams, aligning efforts with business goals and IT strategies.
  
• Drive end-to-end development of customer-facing mobile features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Partner with Product, UX, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of mobile apps.
  
• Ensure compliance with mobile security policies, data privacy, and industry standards.
  
• Translate business plans into tactical actions, track progress, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  
• Provide technical leadership in mobile application architecture, optimization, and integration.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in solutions development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical leadership role (with or without direct reports).
  
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in developing/implementing mobile or web applications.
  
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology (4+ years).
  
• Experience with API/service integrations (2+ years).
  
• Experience with third-party code/library integration (2+ years).
  
• Programming expertise in Java/Kotlin (Android) and/or Objective-C/Swift (iOS) (2+ years each).
