Flutter Mobile App Developer

Founding Flutter Mobile App Developer (1.5+ Years Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Own the mobile app development lifecycle end-to-end — from architecture and development to deployment and ongoing improvements
• Design, build & scale high-performance features for our core accounts payable product
• Architect a clean, maintainable app structure using solid state-management patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features quickly
• Implement best practices for code quality — unit tests, widget tests, CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize app performance, memory usage & battery consumption across Android and iOS
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and work closely with backend engineers to define data flows
• Mentor junior developers and help establish mobile engineering best practices
• Act fast — prototype, test, iterate, and continuously improve the app experience

You’ll Be Great at This If You:

• Have

  1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development

• Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, animations & UI frameworks
• Have built and deployed production-grade mobile apps
• Are comfortable designing scalable architecture & state management
• Have experience integrating APIs and working with backend teams
• Care deeply about performance, stability, and clean code
• Can take ownership and deliver end-to-end features independently

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with GraphQL, REST, and real-time data flows
• Built FinTech, payments, or workflow automation apps
• Have contributed to open-source Flutter packages
• Familiar with Firebase, analytics tools, and CI/CD automation
• Love experimenting with new mobile frameworks, packages, or design patterns
