Call The Team is a SaaS platform dedicated to hospitality professionals, operated from France and soon Chennai, India. www.calltheteam.fr
The platform supports hotels and hospitality teams through digital tools focused on efficiency, collaboration, value creation, and employee benefits.

Role Objective

As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of the mobile application of the Call The Team platform (IOS and Android).
You will work closely with the Senior Full-Stack / Tech Lead and backend team to deliver a reliable, scalable, and high-quality mobile app aligned with the expected final product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the iOS mobile application
• Translate functional and product expectations into clean and efficient iOS features
• Collaborate with backend and full-stack developers on API integration
• Ensure app performance, stability, and scalability
• Fix bugs and continuously improve user experience
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
• Prepare and manage App Store releases and updates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the mobile product

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in iOS development
• Swift and iOS SDK
• REST APIs and mobile-backend integration
• Mobile app architecture and performance optimization
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Basic understanding of security and data protection best practices

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience as an iOS Developer
• Experience working on mobile applications, preferably SaaS or B2B products
• Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment
• Product-oriented mindset and attention to user experience

Organization & Working Conditions

• You will join a technical team of 3 to 6 people
• Work location: high-quality offices in Chennai (WeWork / Executive offices)
• Offices fully equipped with all amenities included
• Full on-site position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Daily on-site presence required

Start Date

• March 15 or Mid April, depending on availability

Compensation

• Junior profile (3–4 years): ₹6 – ₹8 lakh / year
• Intermediate profile (4–6 years): ₹10 – ₹14 lakh / year
• Confirmed profile (6+ years): up to ₹18 LPA

• English: professional level required
• French: appreciated

Pay: Up to ₹1,592,679.44 per year
