About The Role ::Technical Lead - React Native (Android and iOS) Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience. Troubleshoot and debug applications, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Requirements:Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native. Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development practices. Familiarity with native mobile development for Android and iOS, including languages and frameworks such as Java/Kotlin and Swift/Objective-C. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, including OneTrust SDK, cookies-based authentication in WebView, MXO Thunderbird SDK, and social login (Google, LinkedIn). Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles to ensure a user-friendly experience. Experience working within agile development methodologies.
