Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand AAF International's market presence and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HVAC & MEP consultants, architects, institutional clients, turnkey contractors and national accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with back-end teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Drive business through effective channel management, including distributor partnerships, OEM collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase AAF International's innovative solutions and value proposition.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on HVAC solutions and applications.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3- 10 years of progressive experience in direct sales, consulting sales, channel sales with a focus on the HVAC or Building Material industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking abilities and abilities to build and maintain relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC applications, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience in channel management, including distributor partnerships, OEM relationships, contractors, consultants, dealers & other channel business members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ZOHO CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as & when required on short notice.
