Customer Support Advisor – Global Voice & Chat Process (Work from Office | Jaipur)About the Company:

Our Jaipur office is growing fast, and we are hiring Customer Support Advisors who are fluent in English and ready to work in a dynamic global environment.

Work Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Open for PAN India candidates – relocation bonus + 14 days of paid accommodation provided by the company.

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll interact with international customers via voice and chat channels, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure positive customer experiences in every interaction.

Key Duties:

  • Manage real-time customer interactions professionally through chat and calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Record, document, and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Deliver high-quality service with accuracy and empathy.
  • Contribute to team targets and maintain service-level commitments.

Who Can Apply:

  • Undergraduates or Graduates from any discipline.
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Open to freshers and experienced BPO candidates.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and from the Jaipur office.

  • Salary: ₹27,500 – ₹37,000/month (based on communication and experience).
