• Record customer interactions in internal systems
• Resolve queries efficiently with a customer-first approach
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet performance goals

• Education: Graduates or undergraduates from any stream
• Skills: Excellent English (spoken & written), quick learner, team player
• Experience: Freshers & experienced both welcome
