ML Ops Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production.
Build frameworks to predict outcomes and analyze customer satisfaction drivers.
Work with data scientists and stakeholders to translate business needs into ML solutions.
Implement and manage infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
Optimize data workflows using tools like Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark.
Communicate analytical results and technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in Machine Learning or MLOps roles.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS (Glue, SageMaker) and Terraform.
Knowledge of R, Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
