We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting unique cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of beverage service. You will be responsible for designing innovative drinks, recommending beverages to guests, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, mix, and serve innovative cocktails and beverages to guests.
• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Manage bar inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Train and guide junior bar staff on mixology techniques and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and beverage trends.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for mixology and beverage innovation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
