Job Opening: MIS Specialist International BPO (Bangalore)

About the Role:

MIS Specialist

Requirements:

Overall Experience:
Minimum 3 years in the BPO industry (
mandatory
).
Specialized Experience:
At least 1 year as an MIS Specialist (
mandatory
).
Technical Skills:
Strong in MS Excel, reporting tools, data analysis, and presentation.
Language Skills:
Fluency in
English
and
Hindi
(
mandatory
).
Work Mode:
Work from Office (WFO).
Shift/Week Offs:
6 days working, rotational week offs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain MIS reports & dashboards.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly data insights for business and operations teams.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Analyze trends, identify gaps, and present actionable insights.
Support management with ad-hoc reporting needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
Prior experience in International BPO setups preferred.
