Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Tricon Energy, your role involves managing, retaining, and growing sales to increase market share with existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Identifying new markets and business opportunities will be crucial, along with negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals. Gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitors" activities, and providing feedback on buying/price trends will also be part of your responsibilities. Forecasting, preparing budgets, and achieving targets as per budget are key aspects of the role. Managing regular order flow as per budget and maintaining client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance are essential tasks. You will be expected to visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate new leads. Identifying product improvements, preparing reports, and maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards are also important duties. Additionally, attending workshops, establishing personal networks, and contributing to team efforts are crucial for success in this role. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven ability and business domain expertise are must-have qualities. - Being proactive and capable of negotiating and closing deals independently is essential. - Growing business with strong client relationship skills is key. - Strong communication and excellent presentation skills are required. - Being a team player who encourages collaboration and works cohesively with all teams is important. - Willingness to extensively travel to cover the geography of the assigned territory is necessary. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in polymers or plastics with a background in sales and marketing. - Minimum of 5-10 years of industry sales experience in polymer marketing. - Experience in specialty polymer and distribution sales will be highly preferred.
