Define and standardize O2C reporting frameworks and KPIs across regions or business units.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of executive dashboards and performance scorecards. • Lead initiatives to automate and digitize MIS processes using advanced analytics and BI platforms. • Ensure alignment of MIS outputs with business goals and compliance requirements. • Manage a team of analysts and oversee their development, workload, and output quality. • Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity and system integration. • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on MIS analysis. • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and stakeholder engagement. • Strategic Reporting Design: Expertise in defining and standardizing KPIs and reporting frameworks across business units. • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead a team of analysts, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality output. • Advanced BI Tool Expertise: Proficient in enterprise-level BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and data modeling. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with finance, operations, IT, and compliance teams to align reporting with business goals. • Data Governance & Integrity: Strong understanding of data quality standards and system integration. • Insight Generation: Ability to derive strategic insights from data and present them to senior leadership. • Project Management: Experience in leading automation and digital transformation initiatives within MIS functions.
