Were Hiring Manager MIS | Lucknow (BPO Industry Only)

Location

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
1 year experience as Manager – MIS (on papers is mandatory)
BPO experience is a must
Strong experience in
reporting, automation, dashboards, and Excel tools
Should be able to manage a
team of MIS executives/analysts
Excellent in
verbal and written communication
Willing to work in
rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage
daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
for internal and external stakeholders
Automate regular reports using
Excel (Macros/VBA), Power BI, or similar tools
Collaborate with operations, quality, and support teams for business insights
Maintain
accurate and updated dashboards
and trackers
Identify process gaps and suggest
data-driven improvements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely reporting
Guide and train MIS executives as needed
Support in
business reviews and client meetings
with data insights
