MIS Executive

The Bubblegum Co. is a growing consumer brand known for creativity, efficiency, and fast-paced execution. We are looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to manage our reporting, data tracking, and process optimization functions at our Gariahat office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Track sales, inventory, and operations data using Excel and Google Sheets
• Ensure accuracy of data across departments
• Coordinate with teams to gather and verify information
• Analyze trends and prepare performance dashboards
• Support the management team with ad-hoc data analysis
• Handle internal documentation and maintain proper filing systems

Required Skills

• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command over English and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a structured reporting environment

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant MIS or data management experience
• Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing will be an advantage

Location & Work Details

• Office-based role at Gariahat, Kolkata
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
