Job Description

Role and Responsiblities

Coordinate with Sales & IT teams for developing and enhancing CRM-based Field Force Management and Centralized Project Management (CPM) functions.
Support Sales Team in portal operations, conduct training, and ensure optimal portal utilization.
Manage territory mapping across businesses and create territory-wise effort & growth charts.
Track and monitor Sales & Marketing activities, KRAs, and Scorecard Management for transparency.
Extract, update, and allocate project data from commercial portals into CRM; track project stages, conversions, and actions taken by Sales Team.
Build project pipelines, create business projection models, and link influencers for effective information flow.
