JOB SUMMARY

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and reporting business data to support operational efficiency and management decisions. The role involves maintaining various trackers, preparing reports, ensuring 100% data accuracy, and coordinating with multiple teams for timely data updates and submissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, compile, and analyze operational data from various departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports as per management requirements.

• Align backup to FM sites and ensure 100% report collection and submission.

• Update PMDB and PAN India trackers regularly, ensuring 100% data accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare Project CSAT data on a quarterly basis, review with SDMs, and share with internal auditors.

• Maintain centralized reports and store all required data/reports in the repository (OneDrive) for easy access and sharing on demand.

• Coordinate with teams to validate data inputs and maintain data integrity.

• Assist in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.

• Collect, compile, and analyze operational and performance data from various departments.

• Maintain and update trackers, and databases.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

• Generate reports for management as and when required.

• Coordinate with different teams to gather and validate data inputs.

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting.

• Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for management meetings.

• Perform Sapphire data and overall ticket analysis to support operational insights.

• Update and maintain the PAN India Field Engineer list regularly.

• Prepare and organize project management data required for ISO audit readiness.

• Assist management in data-driven reviews, audits, and performance tracking activities.
