About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in account reconciliation, financial reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to generate accurate MIS reports and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor statements, and other financial accounts; promptly identify and resolve discrepancies.

Analyse financial and operational data to detect trends, irregularities, and inconsistencies.

Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity in all reports.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to resolve issues effectively.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or financial reconciliation.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools (knowledge of CRM/analytics tools is an advantage).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
