Software Trainee

As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions that adhere to industry best practices and fulfill client requirements. Your role will also involve actively participating in training programs to enhance your technical skills and stay updated on emerging technologies in the fintech sector. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, is essential to ensure the seamless integration of software applications. Additionally, you will analyze and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system functionality. It is crucial to prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of software applications, coding, and development processes. Your contribution to the testing process by assisting in creating test plans, conducting unit testing, and participating in quality assurance activities will be valuable. Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in taking on new tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves is expected from you. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies is required, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Knowledge of database management systems and software testing methodologies is necessary, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
