Software Trainee

As a Software Trainee with 6 months of experience, your role will involve reviewing current systems, developing new software programs, troubleshooting and debugging applications, establishing software and hardware requirements, and collaborating with IT staff for system changes. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining databases, investigating and resolving reported issues, writing technical documentation, deploying patches and updates, testing products before going live, assisting in IT projects, monitoring system performance, and providing technical support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Review current systems and identify areas for improvement. - Develop new software programs and modify existing system software. - Troubleshoot and debug installed programs and applications. - Establish and document software and hardware requirements. - Work closely with other IT staff to coordinate software development and system changes. - Develop and maintain databases. - Investigate and resolve reported issues. - Write and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Create and deploy patches and updates. - Test the product in controlled, real situations before going live. - Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects. - Test apps that were previously installed in systems and reviewed by departmental representatives. - Monitor system performance and coordinate software upgrades. - Provide technical support to end-users. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Good Knowledge of OOPS concepts. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Fair Knowledge of coding techniques. - Good work ethics. - Ability and attitude to grow and learn. - Ability to perform tasks/assignments on schedule and with efficiency. Candidates Soft Skills: - Ability to follow and learn trending standards of the industry. - Knowledge about different platforms and browsers. - Understand user interface of the application. - Optimized coding skills & testing. - Good communication skills with designers and clients. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work full-time as an Intern for a contract length of 12 months.
