Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparing all daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales MIS Reports, Quality and Client Service reports and monthly Performance Status Reports on spreadsheets
Assisted in decision making process by accumulating, analyzing and documenting companys quarterly and half yearly performance details
Expertise in performing Trend Analysis of Data and Automation of reports
Effectively lead MIS staff and successfully delegated tasks and projects
An effective communicator responsible in maintaining sound relationship with management
Analytical, planning and coordination are other skills.
Wrapper & Challan Generate & Print.? Other Activities.
DCR - DCR Analysis and to relevant HOD.
Bill Submission - Bill Submission on time like Spmd-Taxi Contractor, Packing Contractor etc.
Tele calling Tickets - Ticket closure on time.
ABC Compliance - To have in-depth knowledge of book-keeping under as per ABC norms
Recovery - Outstanding, Recovery follow-ups & Close agency Settlement
Scheme Handling - To ensure effective control over all special sales projects

Technical Skills

Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.
Strong proficiency in handling vast amounts of data.
Ability to understand excel sheets that are prepared by other department members.
Ability to deduce what is wrong in an excel sheet.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
