Key Responsibilities: Export Responsibilities: Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for timely shipments. Track consignments and ensure on-time delivery to international clients. Maintain records of shipments, export licenses, and compliance documents. Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, requirements, and queries. Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle post-shipment documentation including payment follow-ups and reconciliations. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office administrative functions such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs. Support HR and accounts department with documentation and data entry as required. Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in audits when required. Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and general office support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in export documentation and office administration. Knowledge of export regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
