MIS Executive - HR & Admin

**Job Description:** You will be responsible for managing HR data within Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases. This includes collecting, organizing, and maintaining HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics using tools like Excel, focusing on areas such as headcount, diversity, and employee performance. - Manage and update the HR MIS system and related databases to ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to understand data needs, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making. - Implement and maintain data security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies. - Identify and resolve any issues within the MIS system, troubleshooting to maintain system functionality. - Propose and implement improvements to MIS systems and processes to enhance efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in data management or a related field. - Proficiency in tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR teams and other departments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within MIS systems. - Experience in proposing and implementing process improvements is a plus.
