About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining data, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate and timely information management.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, maintain, and manage large sets of data from multiple sources.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.

· Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

· Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights for business growth.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and systems.

· Coordinate with various departments to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.

· Automate reports and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

· Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / IT / Statistics / Business Administration (or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, and MS Office tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of data management, reporting, and visualization.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

· 0–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive / Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

· Knowledge of automation tools (Macros, Power Query, Python – added advantage).

Salary & Timings

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
• Job Timings: 1:30 AM – 10:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
