MIS Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for creating and managing automated systems for operations and business processes using Google Apps Script, Google Forms, and Google Sheets for an Import & Export company.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in MIS
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, including:
• Advanced formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, nested functions, IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, INDEX–MATCH, conditional formatting, anchored cell references)
• Pivot Tables and Macros for data analytics
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script with advanced formula expertise
• Proficiency in integrating Google Forms, Google Sheets, JotForms, and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script, Data Studio, and intranet systems
• Experience in WhatsApp, email, and form automation through Google Sheets.
• Ability to create flowcharts, monitoring systems, production management systems, and MIS reports with graphs and visual dashboards
• Experience in implementing WhatsApp Bots / Telegram Bots (internal and external systems)
• Basic understanding of data integration and migration across multiple systems
• Knowledge of data security practices, including access control and encryption
• Strong understanding of data management concepts: data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and reporting
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Criteria

• Permanent resident of Delhi / NCR
• Ability to commute to Kailash Colony, South Delhi within 30 minutes

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Office Location: 10 (Second Floor), Zamroodpur Community Centre, Kailash Colony, GK-1 (Please make sure you apply for the job only if you can reach office within 30 to 45 mins)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
