Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support management decision-making.
Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Develop dashboards and presentations for business performance tracking.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.
Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or Data Analyst.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).
Good knowledge of
SQL / MS Access / Power BI
(added advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to interact with management and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Python basics).
Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM software.
