MIS Executive

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Gathering raw data from various departments and collating it for analysis.
• Cleaning and checking data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyzing data, considering the influence of missing information, outliers, and confounding variables.
• Reporting insights to inform business strategies.
• Conducting team meetings with in-house managers to verify data and prepare reports.
• Consulting on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of data-driven ideas.
• Creating and updating data sets that evolve with our business needs.
• Preparing weekly and monthly KPIs to evaluate staff performances and necessary MIS tracker reports for invoicing to assist the billing team/credit control.
• Maintaining reports to evaluate Revenue vs. Cost regarding managers and executives.
• Attending daily team meetings and coordinating with account managers and executives for their daily job deliverables and weekly KPIs.
• Regularly following up with bookkeepers for their weekly time sheets to consolidate performance KPI-MIS reports and coordinating with HR personnel for regular updates to employee teams.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, including Vlookup and Xlookup.
• Knowledge of accounting software/CRM is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to create, update, and share databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities.
• Ability to work as an attentive and considerate team player.
• Experience: 3-7 years.
• Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Quality.
• Qualification: B.C.A, B.Sc, Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.C.A, M.Com, Other Bachelor Degree.
