Job Description

Gather, compile, and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Design, develop, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to organize and streamline information flow.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and trends for management review.
Collaborate with departments to identify data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and improve data quality and integrity.
Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support IT infrastructure by troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with IT teams, and providing user training and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in MIS to recommend and implement process improvements.
Assist in strategic planning and decision-making by providing timely and accurate information and analysis.
