Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to track company performance.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all information systems.
Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data for reporting.
Assist in the development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for various functions within the organization.
Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and software.
Identify and implement improvements in the current MIS processes and tools.
Contribute to project management initiatives related to information systems deployment.
Document and maintain procedures for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
