MIS Executive and Sr. Executive (Power BI- Night Shifts)

MIS Analyst responsibilities:

Power BI:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.

Power Apps:

• Build custom business applications and forms using Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources.
• Maintain and update existing apps based on user feedback.

Power Automate:

• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Use out-of-the-box and custom connectors to integrate systems.
• Create child flows and manage flow performance and error handling.
• Support RPA initiatives using Power Automate Desktop or third-party tools.

Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in:

Power BI (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals)

Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Power FX)

Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows)

Experience with:

• SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365.
• SQL, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools like Visio or Bizagi.
• Defining MIS requirements and needs.
• Identification of risks and opportunities and strengthening IT Data Security Infrastructure Programming skills (Java, Javascript, SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.)
• Business process improvement.
• Advanced Excel and database management.
• Experience with data analysis and business automation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform ETL using SAS EG.
• Troubleshoot internal IT system issues.
• Self-starter in analyzing and identifying root causes for portfolio fluctuations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Finance, Business, and B.com, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Technical, MIS/BIS or a related field.
• 2 Years + experience in related field.
• There is a wide range of data science courses available as well (e.g. MIS training Advanced Excel + Macro + Access + SQL).
• Strong clerical skills.
• Self-motivated and team player.
