MIS Executive and Coordinator/Implementer

Experience Required: 2-5 Years (Manufacturing/FMCG sector preferred)

Role Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data from various departments (Sales, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Finance, etc.) to help management make data-driven decisions. The role also includes maintaining dashboards, automating routine reports, and supporting backend operations through structured and timely data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting

- Collect, clean, and organize data from sales, inventory, production, dispatch, and accounts departments

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

- Maintain master data files, trackers, and performance dashboards

- Generate customized reports for management and internal teams

• Process Monitoring & Analysis

- Track daily sales (primary, secondary), production output, dispatch schedules, and stock movement

- Monitor credit bills, beat-wise sales performance, claims, and goods returns data

- Assist with data reconciliation for claims, indents, and outstanding collections

• Automation & Dashboarding

- Create and update Google Sheets/Excel dashboards with real-time insights

- Use formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts

- Work on automation tools like Google App Script, Excel Macros (optional)

• System & Documentation Support

- Assist in documentation of SOPs, workflows, and user-friendly data systems

- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely data submission

- Help implement ERP modules or integrated systems for process efficiency

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts, slicers, and reporting dashboards
• Good understanding of manufacturing or FMCG workflows (Production, Dispatch, Inventory, Sales)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, IT, or related field
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Certification (preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, or data automation (bonus)
