Job Description

Junior Analyst Contract Management

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a point of contact between internal teams for contract-related queries and updates.
Maintain a clear communication channel to ensure smooth execution and reduce delays.
Cross functional collaboration with internal teams as in Legal, Business Heads, BD teams and external teams i.e., client

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and circulate
weekly
,
monthly and quarterly MIS reports

and dashboards
on contract status, renewals, and expirations.
Highlight insights based on MIS of agreements tracker, enabling senior management to take appropriate actions.
Maintain up-to-date contract data & tracker for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong
stakeholder management and coordination skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(data tracking, reporting, dashboards).
Good knowledge of
MS PowerPoint
for executive presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree
in Business Administration, BE
0–2 years of experience
in contract management, operations, or a similar role
Understanding of contract lifecycle management is a plus.
